STORY BEHIND THE CUP
This coffee comes from a farm and mill owned and operated by Henry Gaibor and his wife. A typica varietal, it is a rare, lower yielding plant. Our roasters have been amazed by its taste.
With hints of rhubarb, dried apricot and bergamot, it has a very floral 🌸 fragrant aroma.
