IN THE CUP
This coffee reminds us of the popular citrus flavoured soft drink, Chinotto by San Pellegrino. You’ll taste roasted figs and marmalade. It has a syrupy sweetness, like Javanese sugar.
STORY BEHIND THE CUP
Introducing Catimor, also known as Costa Rica 95. Grown at Finca Mazatlan by Jairo Arcila, father of Carlos from our import partner Cofinet, only the ripest cherries are carefully hand-picked to make this beauty. This micro-lot was honey processed at Finca La Pradera.
With a similar taste to a Chinotto, you’ll taste roasted figs and marmalade. It has a syrupy sweetness, like Javanese sugar.
