STORY BEHIND THE CUP
Colombia San Juan Natural X.O. Cafe Granja La Esperanza. No surprises here that it has a similar taste to the famous Cognac it was named after.
Grown at a high-altitude farm called Potosi, this coffee owes its rich and complex brandy and rum-like flavour to its extended 30-hour fermentation.
We’ve roasted it medium so that you can brew it for filter or espresso.
