IN THE CUP
This coffee has some of the classic characteristics of Ethiopian coffee from Guji region. It's super rich and packed with ripe blueberry notes. Just think of biting through juicy honeydew topped with sweet blueberries and molasses, this coffee is a complete winner.
STORY BEHIND THE CUP
This coffee originated from South East of Ethiopia in a Shakisso district within the Guji region. This particular lot was processed at Hadeso Washing Station. It is located in Hadeso town in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. The farmers here grow on an average of 2 hectares each, with soils that are volcanic rich clay. Natural lots are dried on raised beds for 14–21 days depending on the climate conditions.
