IN THE CUP

This coffee is super special. As a filter, it delivers a refreshing taste that embodies the essence of summer. When brewed as an espresso, it has a delightful, jammy sweetness with vibrant, summery notes reminiscent of lychee. You can expect to taste flavors of lychee, blackcurrant, and red grape.

STORY BEHIND THE CUP

This coffee has been sourced from Far More. Sebastian, the owner of Far More, has an extensive background as a barista, coffee roaster, and Q-grader. Together with his friend Wilton, he works to bring the finest Colombian coffee to Australia.

The coffee is collected from local farmers and undergoes a fermentation process lasting 36 hours. This preparation enhances the vibrant acidity of the beans, resulting in a remarkable flavor profile.
