TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to shop.vacationcoffee.com.au (the Shop). Please carefully review our terms and conditions. By entering our site, you are bound to agree and follow by these terms.
- Transaction Currency and Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Shipping and Delivery
All purchases will be packed and posted within 72 hours (Monday to Friday) of order placement. Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. This also applies to coffee subscription order.
- If you select Standard Post at checkout, your items will be posted via Australia Post. Standard shipping may take up to 6 business days.
- If you select Express Post at checkout, your items will be posted via DHL Express. Your items should arrive within 2-3 business days.
We roast on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only. If stock is unavailable, we will roast your coffee on the next available roasting schedule after order is placed.
Please contact us at email@example.com for details of any delivery not received within seven days of order dispatch.
Outside of Australia
All international shipment will be shipped on Wednesday via DHL.
** Free shipping for orders over $50 offer only applies on coffee beans.
- Change of Address
In the event that you joined our coffee subscription, you agree that you will notify Vacation Coffee should your address be changed. Vacation Coffee is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense if you failed to do so.
- Incorrect Address
As a customer of Vacation Coffee, you must enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the incorrect address, Vacation Coffee is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
- Customer Service
Vacation Coffee is committed to providing excellent service and quality products. We try our best to make sure that all products are up to date on our website.
- Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If you are unsatisfied with any consumable purchases for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of the shipment date.
In an event that the product(s) that you purchased is unavailable, Vacation Coffee has the right to cancel your order. A full refund will go back on the card that you paid for. Please note that it will take up to 48 business hours for you to received the refund.
Vacation Coffee reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or deletions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
