Local Heroes

This page is dedicated to the local heroes who have been part of the Vacation Coffee journey and community. It is our way of recognising and celebrating the people who have supported us, believed in us, and helped shape who we are today.

Among them are our longest-standing and most trusted café partners, Jeff and Jess, who have placed their trust in us as the coffee supplier for the much-loved Mid Square Coffee in Carlton. Their ongoing support has helped create a welcoming café that has become a favourite gathering place for university staff, students, and local residents alike.

We also pay tribute to some of our coffee industry heroes, including Craig Simon of Criteria Coffee. During important periods of growth and transition, Craig generously provided support and resources that allowed us to continue operating smoothly while relocating our warehouse. His willingness to help exemplifies the spirit of collaboration and community that makes the specialty coffee industry so special.

These stories are a celebration of the relationships, friendships, and partnerships that have helped Vacation Coffee grow. We are grateful for every person featured here and proud to share their stories with our community.
