IN THE CUP
This Ethiopia Guji Guribea offers a delightful experience, as one would expect from the birthplace of coffee. Enjoy the fragrant flavor of guava and strawberry, all complemented by the clean, sweet notes of sugarcane that are characteristic of the natural process.
STORY BEHIND THE CUP
This Guji, Guribea coffee, cultivated by Esaias Beriso Arere in Oromia's West Guji zone. From a 32-hectare estate at 2350 meters, this coffee benefits from red clay soil and 2500 trees per hectare. This natural-processed coffee reflects a commitment to quality. Harvested from November to January, only fully ripened red cherries, handpicked by the Beriso family, are used. The family embraces an organic-by-default ethos, ensuring passion and dedication in every sip.
