IN THE CUP
From the first sip, this lot presents a refined, aromatic profile of bergamot and Earl Grey florals, layered with juicy Bartlett pear sweetness. A lively yet elegant acidity adds clarity and lift, while a smooth, tea-like body carries through to a clean, lingering finish.
As a filter, the cup is fully expressive and layered, highlighting pear sweetness alongside nuanced bergamot and an Earl Grey-like aroma. Brewed as an espresso, it becomes richer and more concentrated, where the pear sweetness deepens while retaining its floral clarity, resulting in a balanced, aromatic, and elegant finish.
