The Colombia Best Cup #11 Liliana Gembuel Paja is a uniquely flavorful coffee, offering elegant and clean notes of blackberry fruit flavor and a raspberry jam-like body complemented by a red wine-like acidity. This limited edition coffee is perfect for discerning coffee connoisseurs.

STORY BEHIND THE CUP

Liliana is the name of the producer and she owns and runs the farm with her husband and this exceptional cup is the byproduct of years of care and investing in local infrastructure. Liliana began growing coffee twelve years ago, and since then they have been improving to the point of entering the specialty coffee market.

Castillo variety was a hybrid cross developed by Cenicafe (the scientific research arm of Colombia's National Federation of Coffee Growers) to replace the no-longer-coffee-leaf-rust-resistant Variedad Colombia; released in 2005.
